About Stanmore Farm

Stanmore Farm is located in Te Horo on the Kapiti Coast, New Zealand. The farm is nestled at the base of the Tararua foothills on a northwest facing slope. The climate is temperate and frost free. The soil is deep and fertile, thus providing the perfect growing conditions for many crops.

Stanmore Farm is a nursery committed to providing premium quality grafted grapevines and olive trees. This commitment to quality is one of the cornerstones of the business, and we have a long list of satisfied growers (vineyards and olive groves) to prove it.

Stanmore Farm has dedicated professional staff that work closely with our customers and offers professional advice and after sales service.  Viticulturist Kate Gibbs is nationally recognised in the wine industry and provides advice to growers during her regular visits to the wine regions of New Zealand.

Stanmore Farm’s commitment to providing premium quality grapevines was recognised when it won the 2004 Kapiti Horowhenua Land Based Business of the Year Award.  In addition it won the Excellence in Marketing Award.  It was an honour to have the quality systems and external accreditation scheme recognised by the judges of these awards.
